We are very understanding about the fears associated with dentistry.
We really care about your well-being. You won't even have to go
to the dental treatment room. Instead, we will escort you to a
quiet, private room and listen to your concerns, needs and the
results
you expect
while in our care.
Your medical history is very important. We will mail this information
to you ahead of your appointment time (when possible). Please fill
it out thoroughly so we can review it with you when you come in.
Following our discussion, we will examine your dental condition
and order any necessary x-rays to further evaluate your needs.
In order to allow sufficient time to study your x-rays and develop
a recommended plan of treatment, another appointment is usually
scheduled. At that time, we will inform you of the amount of time
required for treatment, the cost of the treatment, estimated insurance
benefits, and provide payment options. You may wish to have your
spouse, family member, or close friend accompany you, but it is
not necessary.
When there are time or long travel distance constraints, we are
able to combine both of these appointments in the same day. After
this second consultation visit, we will schedule your appointment
to begin treatment.
