How does it work?
Get to know our dental implants process
1. Book a consultation
The first step to getting dental implants is a consultation. We’ll answer your questions and explain what you can expect before, during, and after your procedure.
2. Complete your scans and check-ups
Preparation is the key to every successful procedure, so we’ll assess you with several scans and check-ups to set you up for success. This is also when we’ll work with you to resolve any other oral health issues like gum disease or low jawbone density that can prevent you from safely receiving dental implants.
3. Receive your implants
Next, we’ll place the base of your dental implants into your jaw. This can seem daunting, but specialized equipment like our CBCT scanner makes the process safe and straightforward. And with local anesthetic and optional sedation, you won’t feel much discomfort at all.
4. Get your crowns fitted.
After waiting a few months for your dental implants to integrate into your jawbone, we’ll scan your mouth, jaws, and teeth to begin fabricating custom-fit crowns for your dental implants.
5. Have your crowns adjusted
Next, you’ll try out your crowns. We want your crowns to feel totally natural, so if anything doesn’t isn’t perfect, an in-house technician will make adjustments until your crowns feel just the way you want them to.
Get a whole new smile with full mouth implants.
All-on-4® lets you get your smile back without making compromises or breaking the bank.
You can do better than dentures, and you don’t have to remortgage your house to do it. How? With full mouth implants like the All-on-4® system.
By using just four implants to secure an entire arch of teeth, you get the best of both worlds – the durability and stability of implants, plus the broad, full mouth coverage of dentures.
For your day-to-day routine, it’s revolutionary. No more hiding your smile. No more denture slip-ups or nightly care. You just get a strong, great-looking smile that feels every bit as natural as the one you were born with.
98% of All-on-4® patients say they would recommend it. Here’s why:
It lets them confidently enjoy the feeling of a full smile on the day of their surgery.
They get better value from it compared to alternatives like single implants or dentures.
It lowers (or even eliminates) the need for bone grafting through angled implant placement.
It’s been clinically proven to be one of the safest, most reliable solutions for full-mouth implant restoration.
Dental implants are titanium roots, that are replaced with in the jawbone to resemble a tooth or group of teeth. A screw is inserted through the gums and into the jawbone. A porcelain crown is then attached to the screw to become the new tooth or teeth. They can be used to support dental prosthesis including crowns, dentures, and bridges. Today’s treatments are so natural looking, no one will know you had surgery. There’s approximately a 95% success rate for all implants. With modern advances in dentistry, some implants can be restored immediately with life like all porcelain crowns. For more details ask your dentist.

Dental Implant FAQs
What makes dental implants different from traditional tooth replacements?
Dental implants are anchored directly into the jawbone rather than resting on the gums. This allows them to function more like natural teeth by providing stability and bite support. Unlike removable options, implants are fixed in place, helping prevent shifting and preserving the structure of the surrounding bone.
What is the difference between single implants and full-arch solutions like All-on-4?
Single implants replace individual missing teeth, while full-arch solutions such as All-on-4 are designed to support an entire arch using fewer implants. The choice depends on how many teeth are missing, bone availability, and long-term functional goals discussed during treatment planning.
How long does the dental implant process usually take from start to finish?
The overall dental implant timeline can span several months. This allows time for healing and integration between the implant and jawbone before the final restoration is placed. The exact duration varies based on individual healing response, bone condition, and whether additional procedures are needed beforehand.
Will dental implants feel natural once treatment is complete?
Yes. Once fully restored, dental implants are designed to feel stable and natural during everyday activities like speaking and chewing. As they are secured to the jaw, many patients report that implants feel closer to natural teeth than removable tooth replacement options.
Can dental implants help prevent jawbone deterioration?
Dental implants help stimulate the jawbone similarly to natural tooth roots. This stimulation can slow or prevent bone loss that often occurs after teeth are lost. Maintaining bone structure also supports facial contours and helps prevent the sunken appearance sometimes associated with missing teeth.
Are dental implants noticeable when I smile or talk?
Implant restorations are custom-designed to match the shape, size, and color of surrounding teeth. Whether replacing one tooth or an entire arch, the goal is a natural-looking result that blends seamlessly with your smile and does not draw attention when speaking or laughing.
Is bone loss a barrier to receiving dental implants?
Bone loss does not automatically rule out dental implants. Many patients are still candidates with proper planning or preparatory treatments. Advanced implant techniques and evaluation methods allow dentists to determine whether implants or full-arch solutions like All-on-4 are appropriate despite bone changes.
How durable are dental implants during daily use?
Dental implants are designed to withstand normal chewing forces and daily wear. The implant itself is made from strong, biocompatible materials, while the restoration is crafted for durability. With proper placement and routine dental monitoring, implants can perform reliably during everyday activities.
Can dental implants replace teeth in both the upper and lower jaw?
Yes. Dental implants can be placed in the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both. Treatment planning accounts for differences in bone density and bite pressure between arches to ensure stability, comfort, and balanced function regardless of which area is being restored.
How do I know which dental implant option is right for me?
Choosing the right implant solution depends on oral health, bone structure, the number of missing teeth, and personal goals. A consultation allows the dental team to review these factors and recommend whether single implants, implant bridges, or full-arch options like All-on-4 are the best fit.
